Holley Insurance During COVID-19

 

We hope that this message finds you healthy and safe! We know this is a confusing and stressful time for many and we want to help as much as possible. We wanted to give you an update on how Holley Insurance in Roanoke, Rocky Mount and Forest VA is operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

We have had to make some changes here but fortunately, we were kind of built for this.  Having allowed working remotely for quite some time, we already had most of the tools (internet based communications, video conferencing, e-signature, etc.) needed.  The COVID-19 pandemic has forced me to FINALLY set up a proper home office.

We miss being able to interact with our clients and team members face-to-face but we are making it work.  We have heard from many of our existing clients and have been fortunate to bring on quite a few new ones in this time.

However, it is not all roses here.  Many of our clients have lost jobs, closed businesses, or had to take care of loved ones.  Even those that have not had a direct impact on their health have suffered.

We stand ready to help you with your insurance needs in this time.  We can discuss policy changes and alternative payment options.  For business clients that are shut down or scaled back, this might be a good time to review payrolls for workers compensation, as well.
