We hope that you and your family are staying safe during this unpredictable time. I just wanted to reach out to you to let you know that our agency is still here for your insurance needs, while maintaining our social distance.
Just today, the Governor of Virginia issued a temporary “Stay at Home” order. While our insurance business is still considered essential, we want to do the right thing and help do our part to stop the spread of this virus so we can get back to normal.
Our doors have been shut for some time now to walk-ins. However, we will now begin working from home nearly 100% of the time and our offices will not be open to visitors. We have had work from home options for our team for some time now, so we are 100% prepared and trained for this challenge of serving you from a distance.

Our experience indicates that 94% of our client interactions are not done face-to-face in normal times. We may need to get creative to take care of the 6% that do, but we are ready. If you need us to make accommodation, just let us know and we will do whatever we can to safely help you take care of any insurance needs that you may have.
Of course we will update you as things begin to change and our offices open up again. But in the meantime, please be assured that we have all of the tools necessary to assist you from a distance.
