Bacon wrapped carrots might be the easiest way to get everyone to eat their veggies!
Bacon Wrapped Carrots
Ingredients:

- One small bag of baby carrots
- One package of bacon
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- Two tablespoons bourbon
- 1/4 cup of honey
Instructions:
- Cut bacon strips in half long ways. Wrap the half strips of bacon around the carrots.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mat. Lay the bacon wrapped carrots on parchment or silicone mat and bake in oven @ 400° for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and brush with honey and the mixture of brown sugar, syrup, and bourbon glaze.
- Reduce temperature in oven to 350° and cook for an additional 10
minutes or until bacon becomes crispy. Let cool before serving as the glaze
becomes very hot.
