One of Alice’s favorite holiday recipes are these delicious Peanut Butter Elf Bites! Plus, they are incredibly easy and require no baking! The recipe makes 3 dozen pieces, so there are plenty to share with friends, family and neighbors. They make a fun and delicious holiday gift too!
Peanut Butter Elf Bites Ingredients
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
Instructions
1. Combine sugar and syrup in a medium sauce pan.
2. Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and stir until smooth, stirring quickly.
4. Add cereal.
5. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper and let cool.
