In the past few weeks, the major insurance carriers that we work with have begun to release plans with ways to support their customers during this unprecedented time of COVID-19. They are putting their customers and our communities first and we are extremely PROUD to be their partners in insurance.
Carriers have responded to this crisis with rate decreases, refunds (and even charitable community donations), to help ease the burden that so many are facing. If you are curious about what your specific carrier is implementing, and how you will be impacted, click on their link below.
Erie Insurance: Refunds for personal and commercial auto policy holders + a rate decrease and charitable donation given to insurance agencies to dispense in their community.
Foremost Insurance: Grace period for late payments until at least May 1, 2020.
Grange Insurance: 25% premium payback to personal auto policy holders for April and May + grace period for late payments.
Mercury Insurance: 15% premium payback to personal auto policy holders for two months.
Progressive Insurance: 20% premium payback for personal auto policy holders for April and May + grace period for late payments (no late fees or cancellations through May 15, 2020).
Travelers Insurance: 15% premium payback for personal auto policy holders for April and May + billing relief.
Safeco: 15% premium payback for personal auto policy holders for two months + grace period for late payments (no late fees or cancellations through June 1, 2020).
This information is subject to change as the pandemic continues. If your carrier will be issuing a refund, it will be done automatically and there is no action that you need to take.
